Machines carry a one-year warranty, extendable on key parts. Non-human faults within warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge.

QCan we visit the factory or witness testing?

You are welcome to visit and witness testing by appointment. We also provide full test videos and reports before shipment.

QWhat payment and trade terms do you accept?

We accept common terms such as T/T and L/C; export orders can run under FOB, CIF and similar Incoterms.

QHow about overseas installation & after-sales?

We offer overseas on-site installation and commissioning, or remote video guidance; common spares ship internationally fast.

QWhat is the typical lead time?

Standard models take about 30–45 days; custom models follow a lead time agreed after the solution is confirmed.
